Customer must purchase pre-paid servicing plan of 3, 4 or 5 years prior to the vehicle’s first service to be eligible. Service Plan pricing and savings vary between vehicles and may be subject to change. Terms, conditions and exclusions apply. The offer is available until it is varied or discontinued. Ex demonstrator and used vehicles will receive balance of Chargefox subscription, if applicable. A personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to all relevant terms of use are required to use the services. In addition, the vehicle must be paired with a corresponding user account and relevant services activated (Mercedes-Benz Charge). You may be required to enter into an agreement with or accept third party terms and conditions. Internet connectivity is required. To facilitate the subscription, VIN and registration will be shared with Chargefox, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Excludes plug-in hybrid vehicles.
[6]22 kW charging requires the use of three-phase power. Use of single-phase power has a maximum charging capacity of 7.2 kW. Charging may vary and is influenced by many additional factors such as DNSP regulation, load, vehicles on-board charging capacity (for example, EQA currently has a maximum on-board AC capacity of 11 kW), traffic, ambient temperature (maximum operating capacity of 50 degrees Celsius) and vehicle/battery capability and condition. To receive over-the-air Wallbox updates, the Mercedes me app, a personal Mercedes me ID and an internet connection are required.
[7]Head-up display is a driver's aid function only. Driving whilst distracted must be avoided and the driver is solely responsible at all times for remaining focused on driving. Display may not be visible with certain eyewear (such as polarised glasses).
[8]The availability of the Mmc and Mmc services varies between vehicles, models and equipment. Select Mmc services may be available free of charge for a period but availability and duration vary based on model and service. Use of the Mmc services is subject to terms and conditions and requires a Mercedes me ID and the user to the download the associated apps on a compatible mobile device. Please refer to the relevant Mmc terms and conditions or visit your local authorised Mercedes-Benz retailer for more information including device compatibility, connectivity and capability requirements.
