Charging may vary and is influenced by many additional factors such as DNSP regulation, load, vehicles on-board charging capacity (for example, EQB currently has a maximum on-board AC capacity of 11kW), traffic, ambient temperature (maximum operating capacity of 50 degrees Celsius) and vehicle/battery capability and condition.
[8]On and from 1 August 2024, all new Mercedes-Benz battery electric vehicles will be provided with a complimentary 1 year Chargefox subscription, activated as at date of first registration, for use at all Chargefox public charging stations in Australia. The offer is available until it is varied or discontinued. Ex demonstrator and used vehicles will receive balance of Chargefox subscription, if applicable. A personal Mercedes me ID and agreement to all relevant terms of use are required to use the services. In addition, the vehicle must be paired with a corresponding user account and relevant services activated (Mercedes-Benz Charge). You may be required to enter into an agreement with or accept third party terms and conditions. Internet connectivity is required. To facilitate the subscription, VIN and registration will be shared with Chargefox, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Excludes plug-in hybrid vehicles.
